 Description:  Press Release: The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is conducting a Phase I Study for Interstate 90 (I-90) from Interstate 190 (I-190) to Harlem Avenue (IL 43) in Cook County. This project is following IDOTs Context Sensitive Solutions (CSS) process. The purpose of the hearing is to present the preferred alternative for improvement and to gather feedback on this section of I-90. Noise barrier walls are also being investigated for potential installment.View points of benefited receptors are being solicited as part of the proposed improvement. IDOT will consider this input as the process moves forward.
